The small hand-watered garden plot in 2020.

This was the initial 2020 effort for growing a garden - a tiny hand-watered plot with a few greens and some tomato plants.

That small garden is now a drip irrigated one-acre mini-farm.

Under the tutelage of local garden expert, Daudi, and teacher Sulle, (and support from our great donors!) students have expanded that first effort into a one-acre drip-irrigated beauty yielding a variety of vegetables. But they aren't stopping there!

We'll share what they do with the harvests and what's next on their list in our next email.
